I strive for quality work and responsiveness, but work doesn't always take top priority in my life. Sometimes I'm slow to respond or messages slip by entirely. Don't hesitate to follow up—reminders are always welcome.

I work best with clear, actionable feedback in an environment where I feel safe asking "stupid" questions.

I believe in "treat others the way they want to be treated," but if I don't know your preferences, I'll default to treating you the way I want to be treated. If that doesn't work for you, please let me know.

Can be stubborn and insist on doing things my own way. This is a character flaw, not a rejection of your ideas—I genuinely love hearing new perspectives. Just occasionally let me try my approach and learn from my own mistakes (the hard way, apparently).

Prone to procrastination and unfortunately works best under pressure—an unhealthy trait I'm trying to fix. Clear timelines and early planning help combat this tendency and are much appreciated (my body and soul thank you).
